Editing included with a package applies only to the deliverables specifically stated in the client's proposal or project agreement.
Standard portrait sessions begin at the listed session rate. Event coverage requires a 3-hour minimum. Video production requires a 3-hour minimum. Standalone creative direction requires a 2-hour minimum unless otherwise included in a production package.
A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve a production date. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule specified in the project agreement.
A date is not considered secured until the required retainer and agreement have been received.
Standard editing included with a package covers only the deliverables specifically listed in the client's proposal or project agreement. Additional photo retouching, video editing, alternate cuts, formatting, exports, or post-production outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.
Projects include up to two standard revision rounds unless otherwise stated in the applicable proposal or agreement. Additional revisions begin at $100/hour with a one-hour minimum.
Standard turnaround varies according to project type and scope. When scheduling permits: under 72 hours is +25%, under 48 hours is +35%, and 24-hour / same-day delivery is +50% or more.
Rush service is subject to availability.
RAW photographs, unedited video footage, project files, and other source materials are not included with standard packages unless explicitly stated. Raw/source-material delivery may be licensed or provided for an additional fee beginning at 50% of the applicable project subtotal, depending on scope, storage availability, and usage requirements.
Copyright or intellectual-property ownership transfers require a separately negotiated written agreement and are not included with standard raw-file delivery.
Base rates apply to the designated local Atlanta service area. Extended travel, parking, permits, studio rentals, location fees, specialized equipment, additional crew, lodging, and other third-party production expenses may be billed separately when applicable.
Time exceeding the contracted production or coverage period is subject to availability and may be billed at the applicable hourly or overtime rate.
Corporate, advertising, product, campaign, promotional, and other commercial projects may require separate licensing or usage fees. Pricing may vary based on intended use, distribution, media, campaign duration, territory, audience/reach, and exclusivity. Commercial licensing may be quoted separately.
Multi-location productions, campaigns, large events, commercial productions, advanced creative direction, luxury real estate productions, and projects requiring additional crew or specialized equipment are custom quoted.
All listed rates are starting prices and are provided as general booking guidance. Final pricing is determined by project scope, coverage time, deliverables, location, production requirements, usage/licensing, crew, equipment, and post-production needs. A custom quote may be required before booking.
